How long does it take to setup and collect ?
It takes approximately 10 minutes to setup (dependent on size of the inflatable and the access route) and approximately 20 minutes to deflate and pack away (dependent on size of inflatable and the access route)

Please make sure all access routes are clear of all hazards, and the grass is free from toys, clothes-lines, animal droppings, etc.

What type of surface do I need ?
Grass is always the safest; however we do cater for Halls. Please contact us for further information.

When will my inflatable arrive/be collected ?
BJ’s Bouncy Castles normally deliver between 8am-11am (peak season 7am-12noon)
We then collect between 5.30pm - 8.30pm depending where you live on the route. We cannot give an exact time. If you want to book for night time/overnight as well, please add £25 extra to the booking, then we will collect the following morning. If you have a Hall booked then we will deliver and collect to suit your needs.

Are the inflatables clean ?
All our inflatables are cleaned prior to you using them, but if you get it dirty, we will expect you to clean and leave the inflatable in the same condition you received it in.

How much room do I need for my inflatable ?
It depends on the age group and amount of children coming to what size you will need, and the most important thing is the size of your garden. Generally we ask for two-foot all around the inflatable for safety reasons.

Can you go through my house ?
We prefer a side entrance or rear access, due to the weight of the inflatables.
But if you do not have any of the above, contact us and we will arrange the inflatable to suit your needs (size permitting).

Can Adults use the inflatable ?
NO Adults, unless you have ordered an inflatable for Adults. It is not approved under Health and Safety guidelines, and also the insurance company.

Can we keep the inflatable overnight ?
Yes, but overnight charges apply. This can be done at the time of the booking or even online or by phone. You will be responsible for the safekeep/damage of the inflatable at all times. Best to check you are covered on your household insurance.

If I change my mind, can I cancel the booking ?
At BJ’s Bouncy Castles, we always say you can cancel your booking anytime you feel necessary to do so. All we ask is that you try to tell us as soon as possible so we can re-hire the inflatable. There is no cancellation fee.
